We do not request special categories of data. Please do not include sensitive personal data or confidential information in the details field.
We use your data solely to handle your request, reply to you and, where applicable, manage the pre-sales contact (arranging a demo or evaluation). We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to a contact request in a B2B professional context.
We do not sell or trade your data. To deliver the service we rely on providers acting as data processors:

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@linkup.cat.
